Shipping and Returns
After being processed, your order will be delivered to a transport company that will do everything to ensure the secure delivery, as soon as possible, to the given address.
At the same time, you will receive an e-mail indicating the order code and other necessary elements, so you can follow the delivery of your order.
Our deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday and are guaranteed by DHL, GLS or DPD, with an Express service. In order to ensure immediate delivery, someone must be present at the given address to sign the package.
In case of difficulty in delivery, the carrier will contact you to schedule a second delivery or will leave a postcard indicating how you can pick up your order.
Please be aware of the messages and information you may receive from the carrier.
DHL, GLS and DPD will make sure your order is delivered in the shortest possible time. However, we cannot guarantee an exact number of days, but a safety interval so that you can have a closer estimate of when you can count on your order, in the most popular destinations and in the most popular cities in those destinations. On average, this can mean intervals between 2 and 9 working days, depending on the geographical area and countries of destination.

All our shipments are guaranteed by transport insurance and the value is already included in the shipping costs associated with your order.
Before shipment our products are carefully inspected, and we pride ourselves on the high quality standards we can guarantee.
However, the customer has the right to verify the quantity and condition of the goods upon delivery. If your order shows clear signs of damage or leakage, or if you detect any deficiency or missing item, we advise you to refuse the order by asking the carrier to return it with this indication.
You must notify or lodge a complaint to the carrier, as well as inform Dharma Foods within 7 days of delivery.
In the unlikely event that the product is not in the best conditions, you still have 7 days to inform Dharma Foods and complete the REPLACEMENT ORDER that you will receive with your order, returning it with the product to the indicated address, so that we can send a new shipment.
Returns and cancellations
Under our Full Satisfaction Guarantee, if the product does not fully match your expectations you can return it within 14 days from receipt of the order in the given address, and you will be refunded by us immediately.
The product should be in perfect conditions and be returned without any indication of use, in the original packaging; in order to increasingly improve our services, we will very much appreciate that you indicate the reason for the return. Please note, however, that we will only refund the cost of returning items that were delivered by mistake or are damaged or defective.
