Shopping and Payment Options

Placing an order on website is easy, fast, and you can do it with complete confidence. In case it is your first time shopping on the site, you must register so that we can process your data. Opening your customer account is a fast and secure process, that allows you to have access to all your information and manage it autonomously with complete confidence.

Making a Purchase

Once you have chosen the product, simply click on it for more information. If you decide to buy it, add it to your shopping basket, and you can continue shopping and adding more products. Once you have chosen all the products you want to buy, simply enter the shopping basket to complete your order. Here you can review your order, add, change your choice and if you have a discount code, this is where you should put it before you go any further.
If you have not yet logged in, you must do so, or register if it is your first time, so that your data can be used to process your order. You must also confirm the value of the shipping charges and the values of the order before proceeding.

Delivery Address

Surprise a friend by offering him a product he will never forget. Yes, it is possible, to have a different delivery address than yours, so you can offer someone very special a unique gift. In the shopping basket you can validate and confirm the delivery address, if it is different from the billing address.


The prices of our products are always indicated with VAT at the legal rate in force in Portugal which applies for sales within the EU – European Union. For orders outside the EU, the value of VAT is withdrawn, as for B2B – sales to businesses – outside Portugal.

Complete / Checkout

In order to complete your order, you should proceed by clicking on complete / checkout to go to the payment page, where you can select the most convenient payment method for you.

Payment Options

You can choose one of the following payment options:
PayPal – On PayPal’s payment portal via your account, or by credit card.
Credit Card – VISA / Mastercard – Through the secure payment platform of EASYPAY
Debit card – Visa Electron / Maestro – if card has cvv2 (4 digits)
American Express – Through the secure payment portal EASYPAY
ATM – Through EASYPAY’s secure payment portal, you will be sent the details to make the payment.
Bank Transfer – You can make your payment by bank transfer, to the IBAN indicated on the payment page. Please identify your order in that transaction, so we can easily identify it.

Complete your Order

After completing your payment, you will receive an email with the confirmation and details of your order. You will also receive an e-mail, after the shipment of the product, with all the details so that you can track your shipment at all times. You will also be able to validate all the steps related to your order through your customer account.


The customer may submit his complaint within a maximum period of 30 days after dispatch of the order. After this period of time, The Essentia team is not responsible for any complaint.
